DTF transfers, also known as Direct-to-Film transfers, are full-color heat-applied transfers that can be pressed onto cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, athletic apparel, and more. They are a great alternative to vinyl because they allow detailed artwork, gradients, small text, and full-color designs without weeding or masking. All you need is a quality heat press and proper application settings.
Most No1Perfect orders are produced and shipped within TURN AROUND WITHIN 24 HOURS , excluding holidays. Many qualifying orders may be ready for pickup or shipment within 24 hours depending on production volume, artwork readiness, order size, and seasonal demand. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
For best results, upload a PNG file with a transparent background. Artwork should be set to 300 DPI, created at the exact print size, and saved in RGB color profile. We also accept AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, JPG, and TIFF files. Low-resolution screenshots, blurry images, or compressed files may not print clearly.
A gang sheet is one transfer sheet that contains multiple designs arranged together. You can place logos, names, numbers, chest prints, sleeve prints, neck labels, and full-size designs on one sheet to maximize printable space and reduce production costs. Gang sheets are ideal for clothing brands, print shops, sports teams, schools, and custom apparel businesses.
We recommend pressing No1Perfect DTF transfers at 305°F–315°F for 15 seconds using very firm pressure. Allow the transfer to cool until warm, then peel. For the best durability and finish, cover the design with parchment paper, butcher paper, tissue paper, or a Teflon sheet and press again for 15 seconds. Your heat press must maintain even pressure and consistent heat across the platen.
We review artwork for basic printability, but customers are responsible for making sure files are print-ready. Please check spelling, sizing, resolution, transparency, color choices, and placement before submitting your order. We print artwork exactly as submitted. If you need help with your file, email teejaysprintshop@gmail.com before placing your order.
Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production begins. If there is a verified manufacturing error caused by our production process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue. Customer-submitted artwork errors do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
